Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BIZTRAiNING website at biztraining.ai and the application at my.biztraining.ai (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service provider

2. The Service
BIZTRAiNING is an AI roleplay platform for business communication. The Service supports practice and feedback; it does not replace professional judgement, legal, medical, financial or other expert advice. Output produced by AI components is provided as a training aid only and should be reviewed by you before being relied on for any decision.
3. Your account
To use the Service you must create an account and provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at office@biztailors.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, harmful or infringing purposes;
- impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation;
- attempt to access or interfere with other users’ data or accounts;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically harvest content from the Service;
- circumvent security or rate-limiting measures;
- upload personal data of third parties without a lawful basis;
- upload content that infringes third-party intellectual-property rights;
- use AI output to harass, defame, or deceive any person.
5. Credits, pricing and payment
The Service is offered on a pay-as-you-go credit model:
- 1.2 credits ≈ 1 minute of voice conversation; the post-session evaluation is included.
- Practising by text, browsing the scenario library, building custom scenarios and reviewing past sessions do not consume credits; voice conversations and the AI evaluation do.
- Credit packs available at the time of writing: 10 free on signup, 30 credits for €30, 60 credits for €49, 250 credits for €179, 1000 credits for €649.
- The operator is a VAT-exempt small business (alanyi adómentes) under Hungarian Act CXXVII of 2007 on VAT, so no Hungarian VAT is added to the prices.
- For B2B customers established in another EU member state with a valid EU VAT number, the reverse-charge mechanism may apply.
- Credits do not auto-renew. There are no recurring subscriptions unless explicitly purchased.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless a different period is shown at checkout.
- Payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). We do not store full card details.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumer right)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from a paid order within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on consumer-business contracts and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. To exercise this right, send an unambiguous statement to office@biztailors.com.
Important: by starting a live AI session you expressly request and acknowledge that performance of the digital service begins, and you accept that the right of withdrawal is lost once the digital service has been fully performed (i.e. once you start consuming credits), in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Unused credits remain refundable within the 14-day window.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including the BIZTRAiNING brand, design, code and the predefined scenario library, is owned by the provider listed in section 1 and protected by copyright and related rights. You retain ownership of the custom scenarios and conversation transcripts that you create in your account. You grant us the limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence needed to host, process and display that content for the sole purpose of delivering the Service to you.
8. AI output and limitations
The Service uses third-party large-language-model providers and other AI components to play roles, generate scenarios and produce evaluations. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or biased and should not be relied on as legal, medical, financial, professional or expert advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for any business decision or external communication.
9. Privacy and data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the GDPR, and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011. Your conversation transcripts are not used to train foundation AI models.
10. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend the Service for scheduled maintenance, security incidents, or where required by law. Where reasonably practicable we will provide advance notice.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by mandatory law. The provider is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profits or loss of data arising out of your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or for bodily injury caused by negligence, where such limitation is prohibited by law. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply where they would otherwise.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk to the Service. On termination we will delete your personal data subject to the retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves or the law changes. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you reside.
For disputes between consumers and the provider, the competent first-instance court is the court designated by the Hungarian Code of Civil Procedure (Act CXXX of 2016).
Consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. In Hungary, you may turn to the conciliation body (békéltető testület) competent for the place of your residence; details are available at bekeltetes.hu.
