Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BIZTRAINING website at biztraining.ai and the application at my.biztraining.ai (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by SalesEvolution. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BIZTRAINING is an augmentative AI training platform for business communication. It supports practice and feedback; it does not replace your professional judgement. Output produced by the AI components is provided as a training aid only and should be reviewed before being relied upon.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Notify us at office@biztailors.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes;
• attempt to access or interfere with other users’ data or accounts;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically harvest content from the Service;
• upload data you do not have the right to share, including personal data of third parties without a lawful basis.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trials end automatically and require no card on file. Prices and features may change with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including the brand, design and code, is owned by SalesEvolution. You keep ownership of the training content you create in your account. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that content as part of delivering the Service to you.

6. AI output

The Service uses AI components to generate practice scenarios and feedback. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for any business decision or external communication.

7. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. SalesEvolution is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising out of your use of the Service. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply where they would otherwise.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk to the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of SalesEvolution’s registered seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
