BIZTRAINING is a product of SalesEvolution. We respect your privacy and process personal data strictly in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679, “GDPR”) and applicable national law. This page explains what data we collect on biztraining.ai and the BIZTRAINING application at my.biztraining.ai, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Who is the controller

The data controller is SalesEvolution, the operator of BIZTRAINING. You can contact us at office@biztailors.com for any privacy-related question, including exercise of your GDPR rights.

2. What we collect

• Account data — name, work email, organisation, role and the password hash needed to create and operate your BIZTRAINING account.
• Training content — the scenarios you create, the answers you submit, and the feedback the system returns. This is your data; we use it only to deliver the service to you and your team.
• Usage data — basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps, error events) needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
• Cookies — see the Cookie Policy for the categories used and how to control them.
• Communications — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or our forms.

3. Why we use it (legal bases)

• Performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to provide the BIZTRAINING service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — service security, fraud prevention, and improving the product.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for non-essential cookies and optional marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — tax, accounting, and other obligations to which we are subject.

4. AI processing and your data

BIZTRAINING is an augmentative AI training tool. Practice content you generate is processed by our AI components in order to return the feedback you ask for. By default, your training content is isolated from any third-party AI provider training datasets — it is not used to train foundation models. Where we use sub-processors (for example to host AI inference), they operate under written data-processing agreements that respect this isolation.

5. Sharing and sub-processors

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with vetted sub-processors that help us operate the service: cloud hosting (EU-based), email delivery, payment processing, customer support, and AI inference. A current list of sub-processors is available on request from office@biztailors.com.

6. International transfers

Personal data is hosted on EU-based infrastructure. Where a sub-processor is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

7. How long we keep it

Account and training data are kept for as long as you have an active BIZTRAINING account, plus the period needed to comply with our legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for accounting records). You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we will erase or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

8. Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”);
• restrict or object to processing;
• receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing;
• lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

9. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, regular reviews — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect a problem, please contact us immediately.

We may update this policy as the product evolves or the law changes. The “last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the latest version.
