Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how BIZTRAiNING (“we”, “us”) processes personal data on the website biztraining.ai and in the BIZTRAiNING application at my.biztraining.ai. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (the “GDPR”) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (the “Info Act”).

2. Personal data we process

Account data — name, work email, organisation, role, password hash, language preference. Source: provided by you on signup.
Training content — the scenarios you select or create, the conversations you have with the AI, voice recordings (if you choose voice mode), and the evaluations the system returns.
Billing data — invoicing name and address, VAT number where applicable, transaction records. Card data is handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
Usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps, error logs and crash reports needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

Communications — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or contact forms.

4. AI processing of your conversations

BIZTRAiNING is an AI roleplay platform. To deliver the service, your training content (scenario context, conversation transcripts, voice audio if used, and the evaluation we return to you) is processed by AI components operated by us and by our AI sub-processors. Specifically:

We do not use your conversations to train foundation AI models. Our AI sub-processors operate under contracts that prohibit using your data for their own model training.
Conversation transcripts and the resulting evaluation are stored privately on EU infrastructure to assess your progress and recommend the next scenario for you.
You can delete an individual session at any time from the app. You can request full erasure of your conversation history by emailing office@biztailors.com.

5. Recipients and sub-processors

We do not sell personal data. We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients, each acting under a written data-processing agreement:

Cloud hosting and storage — Render (Render Services, Inc.); static site on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.)
AI inference / large-language-model providers — OpenAI (OpenAI Ireland Ltd.) and Anthropic (Anthropic PBC)
Voice transcription — OpenAI Whisper (OpenAI Ireland Ltd.)
Payment processor — Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.
Email delivery — account and support emails (support@biztailors.com); no dedicated marketing-email provider in use at this time
Customer support — handled by email (support@biztailors.com); no third-party support tool in use
Product analytics — none currently used

6. International transfers

Personal data is hosted on EU-based infrastructure. Where a sub-processor is located outside the European Economic Area (for example, an LLM provider headquartered in the United States), transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914) and supplementary technical and organisational measures, in line with the EDPB Recommendations 01/2020.

7. Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR);
have inaccurate data rectified (Art. 16);
have your data erased — “right to be forgotten” (Art. 17);
restrict processing (Art. 18);
receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format (Art. 20);
object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21);
not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (Art. 22);
withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, write to office@biztailors.com. We respond within one month (Art. 12(3) GDPR).

8. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe we have not handled your data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian Data Protection Authority:

You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the EU member state where you reside or work, or where the alleged infringement took place.

9. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, least-privilege access controls, regular reviews and an incident-response process. In the event of a personal-data breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights, we will notify you and the Hungarian Data Protection Authority (NAIH) in line with Art. 33 and 34 GDPR.

10. Children

BIZTRAiNING is not directed at persons under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves or the law changes. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
